Quote of the quarter:
On the
UK's BBC1 program Test the Nation, vegetarians came out on top
with an overall IQ of 113. The individual contestant with the highest
overall IQ was a vegetarian too. Marie Bidmead, 68, said: "I think
it shows that we veggies are good thinkers - we think about what we eat,
for a start!" A team of butchers was left trailing in fourth place.
- quoted from Vegan Voice magazine, No 29,
Mar-May 2007.
