Builds on Volume I (below)
by widening coverage to other ‘new industries’. Eleven enterprise options
are analysed and benchmarked against two other options – wine grapes and
Treasury Bonds. In additon to the report which you can download as a self-extracting
zip file (3.4 megs) or view a html verison of the Executive
Summary and Introduction. You can also download software in the
form of Excel files to help make site-specific analyses for an actual investment
(you will need Excel 97 or later, along with a working knowledge of the
application - instructions are included in each spreadsheet) .
