A Fair Go or Anything Goes? - the Howard Government's industrial relations agenda

A message from the Hon John Della Bosca Minister for Industrial Relations in New South Wales
The New South Wales Government is concerned that the federal government's radical industrial relations changes are stripping workers of their conditions and are dangerous to families.

The New South Wales government supports an industrial relations system that is equitable, accessible and fair. Sadly, the federal government's Work Choices Act does not achieve this. Instead these laws attack the working lives of Australians and are complex and costly for business.

It is my responsibility to ensure that you're clearly informed about what these changes mean. I am keen to hear from the people of New South Wales who have been affected by these changes.

I want to hear about your concerns, your experiences - your stories. I want you to Have Your Say and register your views about the Howard government's industrial relations changes.
