Thomas Anderson married Jayne Eliza Smythe in Ireland in 1858. They had 10 children. Thomas came to WA as an Enrolled Pensioner Guard. Formerly Corporal 44th Foot Regiment, serving in Gibraltar, Turkey & Crimea. Police Constable 1867, Geraldton, Gwalla, Northampton, Police Corporal Greenough, Sergeant 1876. Farmer at Whitby Farm Walkaway.
